Medium colour, a touch inexpressive, nice round mouthfeel, some apple and pearskin suggestions. Balanced acidity; a little lacking intensity.

Med straw. Bright. Nice florals, preserved lemon, and white orchard fruit. Almond, some lees. Palate is savoury, salty, with nice breadth and texture. Persistent acidity, with some good grip as well.
