Intense, lots of flavour, savoury, saline pear
cheesy leesy funky popcorn. lemon pith and salts. Muddy effect on palate. Acid angular, phenolics drying yet fine. Overall a bit disjointed but there is succulence. dried herbs.
Bright lemony straw. Slightly reduced yellow fruits nose. Palate has nice flavour and attack. Bit of lees creaminess, good zest. Only chip-back is on the reduction.
Asparagus, capsicum. Palate is just a bit out of whack - sweet but vegetal. Doesn't marry well
