Light amber. Dry and grainy. Apricot, apricot kernel and almond. Good acidity backed by textural tannins and an oxidative richness.

Warm bronzey golden colour. Nose smells like yeast rehydrating in a bucket of warm water, of all things. Palate is mid weight and has decent acidity, but the yeasty aromatics are a bit peculiar.
