Layered complexity with dried plum, sour cherry and blackberry fruit. Clove and cinnamon spice emerge on the palate, adding length to the mid-weight flavours.
Inky dark maroon. Strange nose, not esp fruity, more like phenol and wood. Nose is a bit off-putting. Palate is bright enough, woody notes in play and a bit drying to length.
Vanilla extract oak over black cherry/ berry fruit concentration. Palate sweet-fruited, oak influence driving palate. Finishing on chalky tannins.
fruit bit forward, fruit leathers, dried floral character. has crunchy acid and good density but has choc malt character
