Bright, straw core water white colour at the rim. Neutral nose. Blanched almond, tight savoury nose. A little smoke and reduction. Dissolved CO2? Add some fresh to the palate. A little neutral - lean into a white floral, white orchard zone. Blanched white almonds, salty.
