Orange zest and stone fruit, quite round and ripe, Mouthcoating texture. Some zest. Feels a little clumsy, though, but has some length and integrity.
Dissolved CO2. Underripe apricot, tarragon herb, thai basil. Nice sloppiness to the palate, although more white melon, white peach. A little simply, but enjoyable. I'd like more layers, more structure elements.

Sweet yellow fruits - quince and daisys. Palate is soft and sweet / sour. Ok
Ripe corella pear, quince, apricot flesh, white blossom - generous aromas slight sweet edge. Fruit sweetness / glycerol showing grape typicity. Good weight, fresh acid.
