Sweet herb and ambarella on a cuttingly crisp palate. Hints of white pepper and a bit of savoury development starting to emerge on the finish. Salty length.
Warm straw hue. Plenty of central VIC tdn kero top note aromas, clean and well done. Very much made in the early harvested Central VIC 'Hunter Sem' style, which is totally valid. Cleanly done.
Medium gold with savoury nose of buttered toast, toasted straw and roasted nuts aromas and hints of honesuckle. Dry & savoury with wet stone minerality, interplay of texture and steely acidity. Light on its feet with lots to say.

beeswax, smoke, lemon peel, dried lime aromatics. Palate tighter than expected from nose. long soft acid frame, lemon balm, citrus long and precise.
