Perfumed mulberry, raspberry, blackberry etc, juicy with ripe fruit, liquorice and sweet spice, a bit of bounce and pleasure. Carries.
Deep ruby. bright colour. Ripe black fruit. Nettle, pine resin, liquorice, citrus peel. Intense tannins! Smokey, char from oak. Big structure.
Little smokey / reductive / rubbery aromatically. Quite hard and shut on the palate. ok.
Dried blueberry, violet, char, subtle soy. Great extraction, ripe plush fruit, lower acid style - yet ripeness should be applauded. Fruit is the hero to the wine.
