inky dark colour, young, very ripe, juicy palate but with fairly raw, astringent tannins making it quite rustic
purple florals, tar, dusky purple fruit, hint of spice. salt dust. grippy firm tannins, acid drive and integration and good lengh. Freshness, grip and varietal. nice spice. mid weight. finish drying, but tannins intrinsic.
very purple. white pepper and ripe blackberry jam. disjointed brief tannin structure mixed with undefined black fruits. perhaps a little knocked around
varietal character, high tannin, but potential soften the tannin over aging. giving nice structure overall.
