blackcurrant, jubey, intense, sl concocted? Chewy back palate
med - ruby colour, consistent to rim. Fresh cherry, mint, eucalyptus. Slippy texture, ripe strawberry heading to dark cherry. Simple, but an enjoyable drink.
Some lift aromatically, a little menthol + oak. Acid showing just, touch dry on the palate. Lacking fruit / joy.
Floral, rose, jelly bean. Great palate, alcohol in check, tannin beautiful and acid balanced.
