Judge 1	Deep colour; oak impression, lots of intense dark fruit, soy sauce, a little thick and one-note and the tannins come through as astringent on a lack of fresh, juiciness.
Judge 2	Deep concentration! Ruby, lots of staining. Charry, smoke, sweet spices, Dark, ripe blackberry fruit. palate is dried out a touch. The oak has just sucked it dry unfortunately.
Judge 3	Beefstock, gum leaf and beetroot aromas. Some nice acidity, if a touch tart. fruit tired and dried out.
Associate Judge	Dried fruit mix, peel, cooking spice, blood plums, warm. Chocolatey tannins, savoury edge, wanting more stuffing.
