Judge 1	Shy, soapy aromatics, light-weight and delicately perfumed. Gently silky palate. Very young and closed with acidity holding court currently.
Judge 2	herbal notes on nose and palate. nice acid line. decent weight. so2 kick on nose.
Judge 3	aromatic and musky with tart lemon. green melon, pokey acid. feels a little unsettled/sulfuric
