brown hues, treacle like nose, syrupy, with a dryish finish, sherry like finish, creme brulee

Deep copper, brown colour with a fading olive green rim. Nose is quite spirited, showing VA lift. Varnish, old leather, dried fig, prunes, OJ peel, clove, cinnamon, lots of new oak spice. Cedar wood. Palate is loaded with treacle and spice. Good acid.

Amber to light green, Toffee and toasted barley. Simple aged sweetness with balanced acidity.

Nose is a little like burnt toffee. Palate is well balanced but the flavour of burnt toffee carries through
