Judge 1	sweet fruited, sl jubey, good texture, facilitated by reduction
Judge 2	Smokey, toasty barrels and reduction. Dark fruit though, nicely concentrated, the cinnamon, clove, cedar oak flavours dominate the wine and apply overbearing tannin.
Judge 3	Little sweet oak FF - Char and power of barrel overpowering fruit.
Associate Judge	A pongy reduction, but it is quite sublte. Finishes with a nice sweet fruit, but slightly hot.
