Judge 1	Pome fruit zesty nose, oak suggestion right thru, ripe fruit on entry, texture and tension, pith, spice and tonic. Long.
Judge 2	Straw/green, really bright. Bit of herbal, agave aroma, vanilla, orange peel, baking spice. Very creamy, yoghurty, nougat. With a sweet lemonade fruits note to the fruit.
Judge 3	Quite fresh, a few layers. perhaps some nice use of oldish oak. medium denisty. drive. Ripe lemony tangy finish. touch minty
