Judge 2	Straw, coppery hue. Nice aromatics, preserved lemon, white melon, white almonds. Textured palate, salty. Burny sulphur though.
Judge 3	Cucumber and mint aromatics. Lovely rocky mineral palate. salty but in balance. Very nice.
Associate Judge	Green bean, white flowers. dollop of sweetness in the mid palate with a lovely praline character. Lovely balance with the acid pulling it together to finish with brightness and length. nice slaty edge
