Judge 1	Very inky plum maroon. Nose of bruised dark fruits. Quite powerful and tannic in structure but perhaps a little drying. Good though. Cracked cherry stones.
Judge 2	Spicy, meaty & dark fruited, lots going on in the nose - palate sweet fruited, rich and with chalky acidity and furry, grippy tannins
Judge 3	Weighty and concentrated, a touch of heat on the finish. Spicy black fruit with layers of sumac, leather and cocoa which carries through to the long, warm finish.
