inviting if slightly shy nose. honey blossom, savoury herbs, lemongrass stalk, lime skin, white florals, sea spray and slight cheese biscuit. light toasty white gum honey. Acacia. creamy mouthfeel, yet tension maintained with taut acidity and nice flinty herbal notes. unique shape in mouth - long and firm and acidity swells. Lots of interest, spice and persistence.

Light straw. Nose is neutral-ish but clean, softly almond blossomy. Palate is quite almondy, orgeat, almond meal etc. Quite a pretty wine, perhaps a touch drying. So much orgeat. Bit short.

Nose shy, a little onion, burnt rubbe.. Oak on the palate is creamy and interesting but the wine is not balanced
