Mid-weight, fair complexity already, dried leaf and plum with wild berry notes, earthiness and dark spice. Moderate concentration and grainy tannins close in on the finish.
Bright plum maroon. Nose is a little odd, metallic and tinny top note. Palate mid weighted and otherwise clean and plummy, with a chewy finish.
Spice, herbal and red/ dark fruit aromas. palate with lovely fruit flavours but hits sweet and cloying alas. Needs acid zing!
touch sweaty, green olive, bay over blackcurrant. fruit bit looser on palate than expected. touch cough lollied, licorice, marizipan. interesting. bresola, beef jerky, dried pepper, fruit feels compote in nature.
