Three wines that show distinct varietal shape, mid palate weight and phenolic bitterness. Oldest wine has beeswax and lemon curd character reminiscent of Hunter Sem, bright acidity and pepper spice. The 2019 has good colour and weight, perhaps a little more astringent. Youngest wine showing a little more colour and tropical fruit character but concentrated and in keeping with the style

younger wines showed good varietal character, oldest wine had lost its definition and was just bottle developed white
Strong ageworthy characteristics and structural strength here, with wines pushing through the palate and showing commonality. 2019 wine on shows definition, distinction and strength of character. Quality potential but not fully realised.

Youngest wine is slightly weaker, savoury with sweet herb, green mango. The green and tropical combo continues throughout the set with firmer phenolics elements softening only in the oldest wine. 2015 had developed really nicely, fleshing out, though acidity is notably raspy on the finish. Flavour development is lovely and complex.
