slightly forward in hue? nose a bit closed and oak dominant. ripe fruited but not jammy. Fresh acid lift, silty tannins. Mid finish.

Deep plummy maroon. Nice crushed horehound and lavender note, some complexity of dark fruits, bit of wet black earth. Fair bit of oak. Palate is ripe and cuddly but there's some interest and savouriness there, decent complexity. Very good..
