Judge 2	Med straw. Lots of esters on the nose - banana, pear drop qualities. CO2 spritz on the palate - Fruit has nice purity, perhaps locked up a touch at the moment. I like the richness, has nervy persistence.
Judge 3	Honeyed, slight development. nice complexity of sweetness. Good use of RS.
Associate Judge	Very aromatic nose, talc and rose water. Palate is generous in its flavour and the acid finish will serve it well into it's aging.
