quite dominant sweet oak, coffee grounds aromas, sweet fruit. a lot of sweet, vanilla oak dominates a rich, round palate with a firm acidiity

rust hued fringe. raisined nose. umami notes and Xmas cake. bit rusty. super concentrated palate. baked earth. fruit silken, tannins softened and acidity integrated. umami/vegemite chew. good length. melting quality with tertiary fruit qualities. intense fine spice.

red licorice, toasty prominent oak and dusted blackberry, med plus intensity on nose and palate. some pleasant dusty tannins and fierce acidity. very oak driven which allows tannins to resolve. but overwhelming oak dominant.
