Judge 2	Med ruby core, eucalyptus and mint bomb. Sarsaparilla, liquorice savouriness. Fresh acid, good fruit tannin. Almond meal. Quite a solid wine
Judge 3	Pleasant sweet cherry aroma however euco prevailing. Dense fruit and flow nice on the palate. Some heat.
Associate Judge	Exciting, enticing nose. Strawberry, cinnamon and rose water with a hint of mint. Palate has a beautiful tannin structure which some red berry fruit flavours hang off. Acid is in check. Is the alcohol high?
