Judge 1	Toasty nose with some lime, nectarine and green melon. Some texture here, but lacking intensity through the palate. Tiring?
Judge 2	Straw colour, in good knick. Subtle aromatics of melon, nashi pear, almond and Seaspray. Broad palate, a little oily, but overall pretty tense and refreshing. Nougatry richness
Judge 3	Steely closed aroma, lanolin, preserved lemon. Lovely weight on the palate. Fresh zest, lemon sorbet, tangy, rocky and persistent palate.
Associate Judge	Stone fruit leading, finely shaved fennel. Solid lees. Good fruit, nice extraction + mid palate lees. Supportive acid. Just falling over.
