Orange tinge, syrupy berry nose, sense of sugar balance being out; disjointed.
Bread crumb. Lacks fruit intensity. Volatility and alcohol bitterness on palate.

aged, appears from base wine age? some creamy, nutty noes. palate looks a bit tired, lacking line and verve.
Mid-salmon hue. Strawberry tops, cranberry and white peach. The wine's ripe fruit encompassed berry and stone fruit aromas and flavours. Whilst the wine has a lovely saline note, the RS sits slightly heavy on the fame, needing a touch more acid. Bead fallen away.

Made from Nebbiolo grape (hence the name), this sparkling is fresh, delicate and dry. After being gently hand-picked, it rests in stainless steel for five months before a secondary fermentation and 9 to 12 months on lees. It has a lovely pale pomegranate hue and is complex and highly textural with licorice and savory notes accompanied by roses, honey and herb-strewn cherry with hints of Christmas cake. The wine has beautiful fine acidity and well-balanced tannins to give additional depth.
