Judge 1	mouthfilling, savoury, saline, salty? mouth watering - salivating finish. Intriguing
Judge 2	A little dull on colour, straw. Forward confectionary pear/bublegum. Sour and sweet - really pokey. herbal, underripe fruit. Covered in RS.
Judge 3	Mint, lime, lemon aromas, super inviting. So salty! yum. Great sappy flow on the palate. Very good "use" og the variety.
Associate Judge	Sweet jasmine and apricot nose. Palate is unexpected. Finishes with an acid which is more sour than succulent.
