Lightly aromatic nose, apple and pine, delicacy to the palate, good line and purity. A touch of grip, too.
Very light straw/green. Lemony citrus, green apple, some underripe stone fruit. Fresh herbs, bread dough. Palate is built on texture, with a nice waxy feel, with lees, lanolin flavours. Blanched almond.
eastery perfume, bit tropical / banana. Some nice sulpurus flinty stuff too. Nice tension on the palate and fresh citrus / mint / grapey flavours. Nice. Little bit Euco.
Field florals, yellow pear, alpine herbs, fennel. Palate pretty, layered delicately. Tension between fruit and perfume. Overall Alpine.
