Floral, almond blossom, stone fruit, ginger, varietal, suggestion of oak on the palate that works well with fruit weight, kernel bitterness seems correct on the substantial finish.

Smoke, nuts, reduction on the nose. Apricot aroma is gently. Lees savouriness on the nose too. Palate is impressive - creamy, toasty, nutty, perfect fruit ripeness with locked in structure. Compact, dense core that drives home. Nouget, spice, floral honey... there is a lot here!

Creamed corn, (stale oak?) sweet palate, sweet corn, baked apples, some white pepper. Sweetness out of balance.
Apricot danish, popcorn, peach seed, apricot nectar - heavy set. Round, textured, forward on the palate. Coating of oak and glycerol. Kudos for the acid.
