Exotic nose with spice, rose and apricot blossom. Ginger joins the palate. Sweeter style but well balanced and with length. Fine, powdery phenolics and a measured finish
Mid straw colour. Nose is somewhat floral, waxy white flowers, bit of ginger. Some appreciable RS which isn't out of place. Very terpeney palate with plenty of ginger ale gingeriness. Possibly a little simple, just kept out of bronze for not being fresh..
Pale gold with undissolved CO2 spritz in appearance, with slight funky aromas of scrubbed steel, almost bloody on nose. Palate RS evident and oily texture, more rose petal fruit evident. Lacks acid drive to balance richness/ RS, finishes quite cloying.
cheese reduction, white blossom, exotic fruits. Lots of texture back sits a bit thick and oily through the palate. sugar bit cloying has candied pineapple character
