Plush entry with mid-weight, spicy berry fruit and plum flavours held in chalky tannins and perfumed purple fruit. A lightness of touch here, subtle length. Some edges to resolve

Inky dark maroon. Big black plump berry fruits. Pleasant and ripe, a bit one dimensional. Warming finish.

Smoky blackcurrant, leaf, palate brighter but with bitter edges and amaro notes.

smoked sausage, fennel, black berry, black pepper. Stalky complexity, touch bitter. tannin more porous, terrocotta feel. lovely sweet berry fruit and black currant leaf finish. bitter oak artifact holding it back
