more sinewy tannin, some crunch, really layered and complex, length, interesting tannin
black fruited, lifted, slight varnish note, dried violets, rather savoury. Fabulous chalky tannins, acid drives thorugh and good fruit weight. quartzy crunch for days.
Deep plummy maroon. Darkly berried, quite a ripe style. Palate is savoury and somewhat drying, very italianate. Honestly pretty well done.
Shy nose. A bit dusty with a hint of prune. A dilution in the mid palate and a sourness on the finish.
