touch reduced, with the wet dog reduction dulling the fruit. crisp, lively palate, with aftertaste dulled by the reduction
perfumed - jasmine and opulant florals. silken nose, pillowy and subdued. palate zingy acidity powers through fruit sweetness. Phenolics a bit drying rather than textured. bit of a bitter finish, but there's some interest here.
orange rind with nectarine skin, med minus intensity, aromas within. nice pithy texture, slight reduction with stone on the nose. simple but nice
urine ( nitrate), salami ham like on nose, good acidity on palate
