Judge 1 inky dark colour, very ripe aromas of slightly overripe blackberries, rich and fleshy, cedar spice, firm chunky tannin
Judge 2 tight nose but spiced plum skin and purple fruit peeking. red florals. morish spice, cocoa shavings and freshness of fruit on palate. tannins fine, acid drive. Just lacks a bit of fruit weight and energyfor more.
Judge 3 ripe blueberries, blackberries, dusted oak spice is present, but good fruit concentration on the nose. firm tannins with integrated blue and black fruits, oak is not overpowering
