Judge 1	great length, aromatic/savoury - subtle, but great palate length and lingering flavours. Masterful blending of layers of phenolic interest. Delicious.
Judge 2	slight spritz in glass. lime pith, fingerlime, citrus wax, biscuity leesy, flint. bit of cheese cloth. mid weigh palate, nice dried herb through line, lemon leaf, touch saliinity and glossy rounded phenolics. mid length.
Judge 3	DCO2 pale straw. Quite high tensile greeny fruits and florals. Lime perfume, unripe lemon. Palate however is quite rounded and gentle, zesty and greeny-tropical tending. Finishes a touch coarse.
Associate Judge	Apricot and marzipan. A slight detergent character on the nose. Palate is okay but does have a sourness on the finish.
