Judge 1	deep straw colour complex, marzipan, some bottle developed characters, glycerol mouthfeel, textured and full
Judge 2	mid gold. smells more developed. Marzipan, tertiary florals, peach compote, hint of spice. nutty, hazeltnut almost flor-esque notes. great complexity and interplay of acid, texture and tertiary fruit on palate. Not sure of age, but still looks fresh.
Judge 3	rich creamy nose, lemon and apricot. rich creamy buttered texture, long length of cream and butter. bitter lemon cuts fruit short. a ripe rich made wine.
Associate Judge	oaky, buttery, lees, nutty, chalky tannin, better after aging. hit of menthol.
