Leading with sweet vanilla and plush fruit, the oak flavours dominate the palate. Wood tannins add a drying texture to the otherwise creamy finish.

Bright cherry hue. Some stalkishness suggesting a % of whole bunch. You'd blind it as Pinot. Palate is cheery and red fruited. I don't expect to see whole bunch in SNG but the wine is perfectly fun and fresh, good acid etc.

Overt oak cedar on nose and palate, drying bitter tannins

herbal, clove dried. caramel oak dominates palate, dried petal, dried fruits. has red cheery drive but oak sits ontop smoky finish
