Judge 1	Smoke reduction and cedar savoury, palate sweet & concentrated. Lacks freshness.
Judge 2	Plummy maroon. Flat aldehydic nose, and the colour has the granularity of colour pigments oxidising. Very drying and aldehydic.
Judge 3	Aromatic, floral and citrus alongside black fruit. A dollop of concentration mid-palate with coffeeish tannins. Quite firm.
