A bit of colour. Showing development on the palate as well, hay and nutty, savoury elements rising. Light-weight. Cut apple spreads across the back with a grainy texture. Softening now.
Mid lemon colour. Nose is fairly baked cheesy, bit of cardboard. Palate gentle and rounded, but fairly flat.
Med gold. Fresh primary fruit stonefruit aromas, honey notes, wet stones, chalk. DRy but with fruit weight and texture, steely minerality. Lovely balance.
apple skin, mango, brown spice. brown apple skin phenolic, fruit freshness is clipped, sits a bit heavy through the palate.
