Oily, round, warm, big upfront flavour, full bodied, some textural interest and length

savoury nose. bit of smokey, flinty reduction. cheesecloth and lemon pith. thyme. glossy fruit, great concentration, complexity and layered phenolics. great minerality. Goes on and on.

Some DCO2, cool straw appearance. Fine nose, a bit of a EA? It doesn't clip the palate though, which seems to be soft and round, some hazelnut skins and leesiness. It is interesting in its own way actually.

Saline, slightly stagnant sea water. Palate shows an ethereal character but then finishes with a hardness
