Judge 1	Medium gold, oxidised nose, golden sultana. Sweet and shapeless palate. Short.
Judge 2	?? on colour. lemon Dish soap, bruise yellow peach. Falls completely flat on the palate.
Judge 3	very waxy, lemon balm, paper daisies. Savoury palate opens into a ripe preserved lemon, apricot / dried apricot and dried apple. Quite long, tannin pleasant if a little stuck at the front of the mouth.
Associate Judge	Golden hue - skinsy. Super spicy; ginger, saffron, cardamon and a sprinkle of white pepper. Pineapple skin and marmalade zing. Savoury, skinsy palate. Good phenolics. Not pH'y.
