Firmly red and red aromatics; plenty RS but plenty flavour and some tannin in play; characterful fruit. Finishes with fruit and RS feeling sweet over acid/savoury offset.
Rhubarb black cherry cola. Nice intensity cloying finish.
nice red fruit density, lithe acid line. touch sweet on mid.
Ruby hue. Plum, cranberry, rhubarb, lilac, and herbs. Fruit is ripe, and well handled. RS carries the wine for good continuation. Slightly too heavy RS frame.

Grown on the Estate's Vineyard, the grapes were picked in the coolness of night, crushed and kept on skins for 24 hours to extract colour and flavour before pressing. The juice was fermented by a select yeast strain to maximise fruit flavour and freshness. The wine was chilled mid-ferment to stop fermentation and to retain natural sweetness with the frizzante lift; this also has the benefit of producing a wine with a lower alcohol level.
