ripe, peach, overt, big up front, some phenolic interest across the palate but a bit of a hole in the middle flavour wise
v. aromatic. sunflower seed, coriander stalk, lime leaf, ginger root. lemongrass. palate punches but hins out immediatey.
Mid lemon straw, not super clear. Nose is a touch lactic, white gorgonzola dulce, then almond paste. Palate is mid weight and oak fermented, bit of new oak formic acid on the up. Characterful but a little bit distracting. Not fresh for a 25.
Apricot, musk lolly. Sweet palate but supported by acid although the palate finishes flabby.
