Elegant flow with restrained complexity. Spice and wood smoke comes through on the finish. A bit meaty. Long, measured mid-weight style. Fine structure with good balance.

Very dark maroon. Aromatics licquorous, hints of anise and touch of euc (not a problem though), touch brackish salty. Otherwise very dark berry. Palate fuller end of mid weight but correct acidity and brittle tannin. Good wine, sound as a pound.
