Judge 1 Interestingly layered dry white with saline notes and subtle citrus blossom character.
Judge 2 Warm pale straw. Nose has some leesy cheesy interest but softly so. Hint pineapple beside. Dead flowers in a vase. Palate is midweight, nicely ripe and yellow appley fruited, but the cheesiness gives sweatiness over time.
Judge 3 Pale lemon, savoury aromas of wet stones, chalk and toasted straw. Palate is lightly textural with slight toastiness, indicative of extra bottle age.
Associate Judge pale color. reduction on nose. cheesey, wet wool, green melon. has bite and juiciness. GNT vibes, has drying long finsh. reduction is an issue.
