nose quite oxidative, dried palate

honied white peach. apricot blossom, cracked quartz. bit of a muddy, dank note that distracts and leads ot th e palate. acid out of joint with fruit sweetness. lacks character and texture.
Bright lemony straw, golden tint. Looks like perhaps a few days skin contact in play, and the nose is markedly different as a result. Pineapple skins, touch of VA but not problematic, broad bean leaf but not green per se. With time in glass it does look more sweet and sour. Palate is textured and interesting, and I love that slightly skin contacted wines are being entered.

salt and pepper rice crackers on the nose, sage and basil. VA seems controlled, despite the nose. Nice texture but finishes with a bit of phenolic bitterness.
