Judge 1	nutty, creamy, malo, oak? leesy? - complex sl buttery/glycerol finish
Judge 2	mid gold. salty fuzzy on the nose. savoury herbs, curry spice, lemon pith, slight kombucha, bitters note. RS and acidity outplay the fruit characteristics. Vanilla cream on finish.
Judge 3	Bright lemony straw. Nose is quite floral, and doesn't look 2025. I quite like the floral nose and a bit of old oak and lees creaminess. This is a quite good wine, nice flavour persistence, some complexity. Chalkiness that isn't just acid. And varietal, I have defs tried ALBs like this from Spain.
Associate Judge	Green bean and pea. Nice palate - long and bright. The acid and phenolic balance is right on.
