quite fragrant, estery, chalky mid palate, chewy texture, saline finish
herbal spritz, rather grassy and green. bit of spice and coriander. textural and refreshing, mouthwatering, but the finish a touch clipped.
Bright straw. Nose is gently almond blossom floral, Spring florals, hint greenapple. Palate brightly acidic in a toothsome and crunchy way, good flow, nice line. Very good but really fresh out of the hatchery, needs a bit of time for integrating and fleshening out. Acid is probably a touch frontal at this stage.

Nettle, gooseberry, quite methoxy like characters. Very flavourful palate, pithy texture and a long finish driven by succulent acid.
