Almond skin, blossom, attractive, subtle creaminess, good intensity, very clean, good.
Really light colour, loads of freshness on the nose. underripe apricot, tight slatey feel, almond meal. Palate is concentrated, wound up but still with flavour. Spiced apricot, pleasant bitter phenolic grip, apricot skins. Good tension.
Pithy and limey. Nice zing and line. Some quince and under-ripe nectarine. Dill. Intersting and valid style although not traditionally varietal.
White peach, lemon peel, blossom, waxy. Glycerol adding fullness, without looking fruit sweet. Phenolic grip. Lighter framed, well handled.
