Judge 1	saline twist, chalky tannins, savoury finish
Judge 2	Bright straw. Nose shows a little flowers-dying-in-a-vase aromatic, bit of potpourri perhaps. Palate has that shardy acidity and tart yellow appley fruits. Pretty good still.
Judge 3	slight cheesecloth note, lemon pith, rock salt, undercurrent of just-there funk. layered phenolics, green savoury herbs, succulent waves of flavour and fresh salinity. great length. nice fruit sweetness tucked in there. good persistence.
Associate Judge	toffee, apple. the palate has a very slight CO2 spritz to it. Unfortunate whack of FSO2 is hardening the palate and I suspect muting the nose.
