saline twist, chalky tannins, savoury finish
slight cheesecloth note, lemon pith, rock salt, undercurrent of just-there funk. layered phenolics, green savoury herbs, succulent waves of flavour and fresh salinity. great length. nice fruit sweetness tucked in there. good persistence.

Bright straw. Nose shows a little flowers-dying-in-a-vase aromatic, bit of potpourri perhaps. Palate has that shardy acidity and tart yellow appley fruits. Pretty good still.

toffee, apple. the palate has a very slight CO2 spritz to it. Unfortunate whack of FSO2 is hardening the palate and I suspect muting the nose.
